Return Policy

We gladly accept cancellations, exchanges and returns.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, you must wait until you receive your package in order to apply for a refund.

Exchanges/Returns:

  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is not returned in its original condition with all items included, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, tracking is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of a full or partial refund. Your refund will then be processed within 2 days.
